This collaboration leverages LK Group's full capabilities:
Core equipment: Xinkemeng Technology purchased 23 LK high-performance die-casting machines, covering a full range of equipment from 320T to 3500T, including multiple large-tonnage equipment of 850T and 1600T, fully meeting the production needs of complex and large-scale automotive and motorcycle parts.
Whole plant planning EPC service: LK Group will provide turnkey whole plant planning EPC service, including full-process planning, design and implementation of die-casting main machine, peripheral auxiliary equipment, pipeline engineering, etc., to ensure the scientific layout of the new factory, efficient logistics and smooth operation.
Lean management: LK will assist Xinkemeng in establishing a unified VI system and introducing a lean production management system, covering the production management system, lean logistics channel planning and factory scientific layout optimization, etc., to comprehensively improve the on-site management level and operational efficiency.
Sustainability & Support: The environmental protection equipment solutions provided by LK Group will help Xinkemeng achieve green and sustainable development. At the same time, in order to ensure the smooth commissioning and effectiveness of new equipment and new factories, LK will provide comprehensive technical training and on-site support.

Xinkemeng specializes in aluminum alloy die-casting and precision machining for key automotive and motorcycle parts. Its core business covers the design and production of a series of products such as motorcycle engine housings, key parts of automobile engines, and transmission housings.
