On April 8, a strategic cooperation signing ceremony was held between Jiangsu Fengjingshun Technology Development Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Fengjingshun Technology") and LK Group.

Mr. Teng Jianwei, Chairman of Fengjingshun Technology, Mr. Zuo Baoshi, General Manager, along with Mr. Liu Zhuoming, CEO of LK Group, and Mr. Deng Yiming, Marketing Director of South China Region, attended the ceremony.

Fengjingshun Technology is rooted in the Fengxian Economic Development Zone, Xuzhou City, Jiangsu Province. It has been deeply engaged in the R&D and manufacturing of precision non-ferrous metal components for many years, with its business extensively covering key sectors such as new energy vehicle parts, intelligent manufacturing, machinery manufacturing, and power tool manufacturing.

Leveraging outstanding technological capabilities and high product quality, Fengjingshun Technology has established stable cooperation relationships with well-known domestic automotive OEMs including BYD, Chery, and BAIC. It mainly produces aluminum alloy products such as automotive air conditioning compressor housings, inverter pressure vessel housings, automotive suspension brackets, and shock absorbers, securing a firm position in the automotive parts market.

For this cooperation, Fengjingshun Technology has demonstrated an ambitious development plan, signing a procurement agreement for 19 sets of LK 280T to 5000T die casting machines and peripheral equipment. This provides strong hardware support for the company's production. It not only offers robust production line support for the newly completed automotive precision component project in 2025, with an expected annual output of 6 million sets (units) of precision parts, but also officially enters the large structural component project for new energy vehicle battery trays. This will help the company further enhance its technological level and market competitiveness, achieve diversified business development, and open a new chapter of growth.
