A major milestone has been reached in the strategic cooperation project between LK Group and Zhejiang Chengcheng Technology Co., Ltd., together with its wholly-owned subsidiary Anhui Chengcheng Automotive Technology Co., Ltd.. The delivery of 18 large intelligent die casting cells ranging from 1600T to 3500T under the previously signed procurement order has officially commenced.

The first batch comprising 4 large intelligent die casting cells with tonnages from 1600 to 3500 tons has been delivered, and the subsequent equipment deliveries will proceed as scheduled. The delivered units are mainly deployed to produce core aluminum die casting components such as hybrid engine parts, DHT transmission housings, as well as electric drive and electronic control structural parts for new energy vehicles. Featuring high precision, outstanding stability, high energy efficiency and intelligent control, the equipment fully meets Chengcheng Technology’s stringent quality and production standards.

Founded in 1994, Zhejiang Chengcheng Technology is a national high-tech enterprise with nearly 30 years of expertise in aluminum die casting. It has obtained IATF 16949 certification and serves as a Tier 1 supplier for mainstream automakers including Chery Automobile. The company is capable of supplying a full range of components for both fuel vehicles and hybrid vehicles. The project of its subsidiary Anhui Chengcheng Automotive Technology involves a total investment of 1.05 billion RMB, with an initial investment of 300 million RMB. It plans to build 90 production lines for lightweight components, forming an intelligent manufacturing base with an annual output capacity of 1 million sets of auto parts, which is scheduled to be put into operation in June 2026. Leveraging Anqing’s geographic advantages, the base will connect with the Yangtze River Delta and radiate to automotive industrial clusters in Central China.

Going forward, LK will continue to leverage its technological and service strengths to ensure the on-time delivery and smooth commissioning of the remaining equipment, and provide full-cycle support for the efficient operation of Chengcheng Technology’s project. Taking this cooperation as a new starting point, the two parties will further deepen industrial chain collaboration and innovation, jointly drive the high-quality development of the lightweight industry for China’s new energy vehicles, and work together to build a green and sustainable future.
