Partnership for Progress|LK Group and ATMI Sign Strategic Cooperation MOU to Empower Indonesia's Manufacturing Sector
On April 20, 2026, LK Group and Indonesia-based ATMI Group officially signed a Strategic Cooperation Memorandum of Understanding (MOU). Mr. Liu Xiangshang, Founder of LK Group, and Ms. Liu Yingying, Vice President of LK Group, held in-depth meetings with senior management of ATMI Group at Guangdong LKIMM Co., Ltd. The official signing was executed by Mr. Xie Xiaosi, General Manager of Guangdong LKIMM, and Mr. Wahyo, Director of ATMI Group on behalf of both parties, marking a new chapter of collaborative development in high-end manufacturing and industry-education integration between China and Indonesia.

Earlier, the ATMI team paid a special visit to LK Group’s booth at CHINAPLAS 2026 in Shanghai. During the exhibition, Mr. Liu Xiangshang and Ms. Liu Yingying conducted in-depth technical consultation and communication with the ATMI team on cooperation implementation details, R&D innovation and market expansion. Both sides clarified detailed action plans to accelerate efficient execution of the strategic cooperation.
丨Building Indonesia’s Manufacturing Ecosystem through Strong Strategic Partnership
This strategic cooperation integrates the core advantages of both parties and focuses on four key dimensions: business expansion, supply chain collaborative manufacturing, mold and injection molding technical support, and local talent cultivation. Leveraging ATMI’s mature industrial resources and complete education system, the collaboration will drive systematic technology transfer and further deepen industry-education integration, comprehensively empowering the upgrading of Indonesia’s manufacturing ecosystems.
丨Complementary Resources to Accelerate Efficient Localized Delivery
ATMI Group operates a portfolio of high-quality educational institutions and modern manufacturing plants, with profound expertise in mold design and manufacturing, high-precision injection molding and digital manufacturing. It boasts a unique dual advantage of integrated education and production systems. Through this cooperation, ATMI will leverage LK Group’s global supply chain network and diversified customer channels to expand its business footprint. With closer operational synergy, both parties will deliver integrated industrial solutions to achieve faster, more efficient localized operations and build stronger core competitiveness in the Indonesian market.

丨Deepening Indonesian Market Layout and Optimizing Global Strategic Deployment
Indonesia has long been a core strategic hub in LK Group’s global layout. The Group officially registered its Indonesian subsidiary and launched localized operations in 2024. In 2025, the construction of the LK Indonesia Technical Service Center commenced. Upon completion, the center will serve as a comprehensive base for product demonstration, technical training, warehousing and mold tryout. The in-depth strategic cooperation with ATMI will further empower LK Group’s local deployment by drawing on ATMI’s mature local network, solid industrial resources and rich market experience in Indonesia.
丨Industry-Education Integration to Cultivate High-Skilled Future Talents
Beyond commercial collaboration, both parties have reached a long-term consensus on talent development and educational cooperation. The two sides will jointly launch technical training programs, promote institutional co-construction and set up scholarship initiatives to cultivate high-caliber skilled talents specialized in injection molding technology, mechatronics and intelligent manufacturing. These efforts will consolidate the talent foundation for the sustainable development of Indonesia’s manufacturing sector and build an international benchmark for industry-academia-research integration.

Moving forward, LK Group and ATMI Group will take this MOU signing as a new starting point to continuously deepen technical synergy, resource sharing and joint market development. Through technical empowerment, the two parties will drive the upgrading of Indonesia’s manufacturing industry with high-end equipment and consolidate industrial talent reserves via in-depth industry-education integration. Both sides aim to build a model of China-Indonesia manufacturing cooperation and inject sustained momentum into the high-quality development of regional manufacturing industries.
