Bojun Technology first entered into cooperation with LK Group in 2023, taking the lead in introducing multiple large-sized intelligent die casting units from LK, including 1650T, 2500T, 3500T, 5000T and 9000T models, together with high-end die casting post-processing equipment from the GU2616 series and LHU series, thereby establishing a complete integrated “die casting + machining” solution system. Supported by this capacity layout, Bojun Technology successfully commenced volume production of integrated die-cast products such as rear floor panels, shock towers, front-end modules and rear side inner panels, precisely addressing the lightweighting needs of new energy vehicles while further strengthening its core technology barriers and significantly enhancing its market competitiveness.

This new phase includes the further introduction of LK’s giga intelligent die casting units, covering 10,000T, 9,000T, 7,200T, 5,000T, 3,000T and 800T, along with more than ten sets of high-precision supporting machining equipment, laying a solid hardware foundation for magnesium alloy production.
Through this cooperation, the two parties will focus on high-end applications for lightweight magnesium alloy materials and deeply implement LK Group’s world-leading TPI magnesium alloy semi-solid thixotropic forming technology. Together, they will target technical challenges in the forming of complex, large and thick-wall magnesium alloy parts used in NEV e-drive assemblies, body structural components, door panels, seat frames, instrument panel frames, interior components, and structural parts for embodied intelligent robots. By breaking through industry bottlenecks, the partnership aims to accelerate the conversion of cutting-edge technological achievements into scalable industrial applications, injecting strong momentum into the broader use of magnesium alloy materials in high-end manufacturing and the industrial upgrading of the magnesium sector.
