From December 7th to 11th, the triennial India International Plastics Exhibition, Plastivision, will take place at the Bombay Exhibition Centre in Mumbai. At Booth B201, LKIMM will showcase its 'Supreme' series featuring the FA550 two-platen energy-saving servo injection molding machine, EL130 all-electric high-efficiency injection molding machine, and PT160 energy-saving precision servo injection molding machine. These machines provide high-efficiency, energy-saving, precision, and all-electric injection molding technologies, catering to the rising demand in India for automotive parts, household appliances, communication electronics, medical equipment, optics, toys, daily essentials, and packaging.

 

FA550 Two-platen Energy-saving Servo Injection Molding Machine:

Utilizes a two-platen design integrating mechanics, hydraulics, and controls. Equipped with robust cast iron molds, short-stroke locking cylinders offer precise locking force, quick diagonal arrangement of ejector cylinders for maximum mold movement space and smooth ejection action. The toggle mechanism and moving platen offer excellent low-pressure mold protection, evenly distributed locking forces with a synchronous clamping system, and linear guides that significantly reduce energy consumption during mold motion, catering to efficient production of automotive parts.

 

EL130 All-electric High-efficiency Injection Molding Machine:

 

Integrates cutting-edge electric technology with modular configurations, providing high repeatability, stability, rapid response, energy efficiency, and user-friendly operation. It achieves a 20% energy saving compared to traditional hydraulic machines, with lock mode position control precision, injection position precision, and control precision reaching 0.01mm, compatible with Industry 4.0 OPC-UA communication protocols, supporting production management systems (ERP, MES). Through an interconnected system, monitoring and production management of all equipment's operation status can be accessed remotely, applicable for high-efficiency, high-precision production of electronic products.

 

PT160 Energy-saving Precision Servo Injection Molding Machine:

Optimized mold unit with high strength to meet rapid and demanding operating conditions. Enclosed sheet metal structure, high-quality screw, and barrel, needle cylinder push-pull function. Permanent magnet synchronous servo motor for rapid dynamic response, stable injection movement, meeting precision production requirements. Open system platform for remote production management, meeting high-efficiency, batch production demands for daily essentials.
