The main line of the production line adopts the DCC1600 semi-solid casting special die-casting machine developed by LKGroup's Shanghai Yida Machinery Co., Ltd. according to the characteristics of high solid phase semi-solid die casting process. It has the characteristics of high production efficiency, low energy consumption and prolonged die life. . At present, aluminum alloy high-solid phase semi-solid thin-wall automotive shock absorber tower castings have been successfully produced.

 

The product dimensions are 417.4×444.6×469.8mm, the maximum wall thickness is 5.5mm, the minimum wall thickness is 2.5mm, and the average wall thickness is 3.08mm. In terms of performance, the elongation is 10%, the yield strength is 180 MPa, and the tensile strength is 250 MPa.
