On December 22 and 23, LK Group’s CNC Kunshan Factory Open House & Ecosystem Partner Exchange was successfully held at the Ramada Plaza Kunshan Qiandeng. Under the theme “Smart Manufacturing for the Future, Shared Success with LK,” the event welcomed key partners from Jiangsu, Zhejiang, and Shanghai for the first time. Through a comprehensive program combining live streaming, on-site visits, and technical seminars, LK presented its end-to-end industry chain capabilities in precision manufacturing and its commitment to openness and win-win collaboration.

From Shared Vision to Technical Breakthroughs

The event opened with a welcome address by Mr. Liu Yingliang, General Manager of LK Kunshan, who expressed his anticipation for a successful gathering and set a collaborative tone focused on shared growth. Next, Pan Hong, Sales Director of LK Group’s CNC Division, provided a structured overview of the division’s core operations. He highlighted the key strengths of LK’s CNC machining center series and explained the dealership policy, outlining a clear roadmap for partners to expand market presence and pursue mutual growth. The session enabled agents and customers to gain a sharper understanding of LK CNC’s business strategy and partnership value, solidifying the foundation for deeper cooperation.

Xu Xinjian, Manager of LK Group’s CNC Technology Center, then delivered a keynote presentation on industry frontiers. In response to emerging challenges such as integrated die casting for new energy vehicles, LK leverages its unique industrial positioning, combining giga die casting with high-end CNC to deliver one-stop solutions from material forming to precision machining. The presentation not only showcased hard-core capabilities such like five-axis machining, but also revealed LK’s highly synergized industrial chain—one that is difficult to replicate.

Vision from the Cloud: See the Scale of LK’s Footprint

During the “Smart Manufacturing Cloud Tour,” guests joined a real-time virtual connection to LK’s three major manufacturing bases in Fuxin, Shenzhen, and Hangzhou Bay. The cross-regional live tour vividly demonstrated LK’s strategic execution of “global presence with local depth,” as well as its efficient cross-site industrial coordination.

Ecosystem Convergence: Define the Depth of Solutions

LK’s competitiveness also lies in its ecosystem of leading technology partners. At the event, global CNC system leaders Siemens and FANUC, along with precision rotary table specialist Detron, shared their cutting-edge technologies and integration case studies. This underscored LK’s role as a high-end technology integrator, committed to delivering optimized and fully validated solutions to customers.

On-Site Verification: Where Precision Takes Shap

The most impressive part was the on-site visit to LK Kunshan’s CNC manufacturing base, which follows a rigorous and clearly structured production route:

·Building C: High-capacity assembly lines and a full product portfolio, demonstrating robust delivery capability.

·Building B: A fully integrated in-house sheet metal workshop, highlighting independence in core processes.

·Building D (Core Area): In a clean workshop environment, processes such as spindle assembly and laser circular runout inspection were carried out with meticulous discipline, silently interpreting LK’s relentless pursuit of micron-level precision, and providing the most tangible answer to the question: “How are LK machine tools crafted?”

Openness for Closer Partnership

This Open House served as a multi-dimensional “value report” presented by LK’s CNC Division to its partners. It systematically demonstrating LK’s comprehensive strength across industrial footprint, technology ecosystem, and manufacturing excellence. Smart manufacturing for the future is not achieved overnight; shared success requires partners walking together.
