1. Be responsible for formulating and implementing improvement plans for the machining process;
2. Organize processing improvements, enhance the production efficiency of the company's CNC machining equipment, and conduct technical research to effectively reduce production costs;
3. Be responsible for the trial production and application of new products, the design of fixtures, program improvement, process improvement and the testing of new processes;
4. Be responsible for compiling the production process instructions for machining and providing technical support for on-site operators;
5. Organize the company's employees to study technical theories and professional knowledge in a targeted manner and do a good job in the talent cultivation of the company.
[Requirements]
1. Major in machinery or numerical control related fields, with a bachelor's degree or above;
2. Be familiar with mechanical design, manufacturing processes and relevant knowledge of hydraulics, and proficient in UG or Mastercam programming software;
3. Have more than 5 years of working experience in machining processes, programming, and fixture design in the manufacturing industry, and possess relevant experience in processing improvement;
4. Be familiar with various CNC systems such as Mitsubishi, Fanuc and Siemens, and be able to program for three-axis and four-axis machining centers;
5. Have rich experience in team management and be good at motivating employees' work enthusiasm;
6. Have a solid writing foundation, excellent communication and coordination abilities as well as problem-solving skills.
