1. Major in machinery or numerical control related fields, with a bachelor's degree or above;

2. Be familiar with mechanical design, manufacturing processes and relevant knowledge of hydraulics, and proficient in UG or Mastercam programming software;

3. Have more than 5 years of working experience in machining processes, programming, and fixture design in the manufacturing industry, and possess relevant experience in processing improvement;

4. Be familiar with various CNC systems such as Mitsubishi, Fanuc and Siemens, and be able to program for three-axis and four-axis machining centers;

5. Have rich experience in team management and be good at motivating employees' work enthusiasm;

6. Have a solid writing foundation, excellent communication and coordination abilities as well as problem-solving skills. 

1. Control the costs of maintenance and repair to ensure that the company's production equipment is in good working condition and that on-site equipment failures can be dealt with in a timely manner;

2. Investigate and handle equipment accidents, review relevant equipment operation documents to ensure the implementation of equipment management and relevant company systems internally;

3. Be responsible for the planning, demonstration, and evaluation of equipment and facility renovation projects and be in charge of their implementation. Organize the supervision work for the implementation of equipment energy-saving and consumption-reducing projects as well as technological improvement projects;

4. Be responsible for supervising the allocation, sealing, and disposal of equipment and reviewing the relevant documents involved;

5. Coordinate the daily management work of the department;

6. Conduct the annual inspections by the government departments for special equipment and the standardized management work of special equipment;

7. Be responsible for the monitoring and measurement of the management system, the specific organization and implementation of the internal audit of the environmental management system, and the management of the company's electricity consumption. 

1. Bachelor's degree or above, majoring in machinery-related fields, with over 5 years of experience in equipment maintenance and management in machinery factories;

2. Proficient in equipment management, familiar with equipment failures, maintenance plans, control of maintenance costs, equipment accidents and technological improvement;

3. Possess relatively strong abilities in process optimization, overall organization, communication and coordination, as well as excellent abilities in analyzing and solving problems and in execution. 

1. Be responsible for the management, organization, implementation, supervision and coordination of the company's quality and system;

2. Conduct comprehensive management of the daily management affairs of the company's Quality Department;

3. Formulate relevant standards, compile and maintain the company's quality system documents and update them in a timely manner;

4. Develop the company's quality improvement plans, follow up and verify the improvement effects, evaluate the performance and effectiveness of the management system, and identify the needs for improvement.

2. With over five years of experience in quality or system management, and having worked in quality or system management in the automotive industry;

1. Be responsible for the installation, commissioning and maintenance of machines for overseas customers;

2. Receive and handle customer feedback, identify the types of customer feedback (such as inquiries, complaints, suggestions, etc.), and provide technical support;

3. Conduct training for overseas agents and customers;

4. Coordinate matters regarding the repair of equipment, the provision of free spare parts within the warranty period and the return of old parts, as well as the sales of equipment accessories outside the warranty period. 

1. Bachelor's degree or above, majoring in machinery or electrical related fields;

2. With more than two years of overseas after-sales service experience in non-standard automation;

3. English as the working language, have experience in international business trips and be able to adapt to international travel. 

1. Be responsible for the maintenance and repair work of the company's machining equipment, as well as providing technical guidance to the maintenance staff in the department;

2. Be responsible for the formulation of electrical maintenance and repair plans, medium and major overhauls, technical upgrade and improvement schemes for the company, and providing technical support;

3. Identify electrical faults and conduct acceptance checks on the results of repairs;

4. Participate in the review of the technical plans for new equipment, as well as the installation, commissioning and acceptance work of new equipment;

5. Be responsible for the technical identification of damaged electrical accessories, repair work, the application for the disposal of old parts, and the application for the purchase of electrical accessories. 

1. College degree or above, majoring in mechanical and electrical/electrical related fields;

2. With more than five years of working experience in equipment maintenance in machining factories, and having maintenance experience in electronic circuit components such as frequency converters, servo drivers, switching power supply encoders;

3. Be able to use testing instruments such as multimeters, oscilloscopes and laser interferometers;

4. Be familiar with the analysis, judgment, detection and maintenance of electronic circuit faults in CNC machine tools;

5. Those with experience in the design and maintenance of electronic circuit boards will be preferred;

6. Have strong communication skills, be able to endure hardships and stand hard work, and be able to take the initiative in work. 

1. Be responsible for the project development, the design of project plans related to servo motors, and complete them as planned;

2. Develop the code for the underlying motor driving and control logic;

3. According to the functional requirements of the equipment, develop motors with corresponding functions, mainly focusing on position and speed control;

4. Develop the code for motor communication control, mainly using the serial port Modbus-rtu or Can open communication protocols for control;

5. Write technical documents, including design specifications, operation manuals and maintenance guides. 

1. Education: Majoring in automation, automatic control and other related fields;

2. Programming abilities: Proficient in C language programming, and capable of using MATLAB/Simulink for simulation and debugging;

3. Theories of motor control: Familiar with the principles of motor control, such as VF control, FOC (Field Oriented Control) vector control, SVPWM (Space Vector Pulse Width Modulation) modulation, etc.;

4. Applications of motors: Skilled in the underlying code for common pulse or digital quantity control;

5. Project experience: Have experience in the design and code development of servo motors based on chips like DSP, ARM, STM32, etc.
