02 Typhoon "Fireworks" landed again

On July 26, Typhoon "Fireworks" landed in Pinghu, Zhejiang for the second time, affecting the power supply of millions of Zhejiang users. On the 27th, "fireworks" continued to affect East China, and there will be heavy rainfall in Zhejiang, Shanghai, Jiangsu, Anhui, Shandong and other places.

01/Electrical part

➢ Disconnect all power sources in time (the main power supply of the control cabinet, the circuit breaker of the electric box).

➢ Remove the electrical components in the entire electrical box (recommended to be operated by service personnel) and clean them with alcohol, including the power supply, transformer, AC contactor, air switch, etc.

➢ All components can be fully dried and dried with a hair dryer. First use a dry rag to clean up the obvious water stains, preferably point-to-point water absorption, and then dry with a hair dryer. Keep a certain distance during drying to avoid excessive temperature and damage to electrical components. Finally, test whether the insulation resistance value is Meet the requirements (usually measure with 200K file), and judge whether it is completely dry.

➢ The completely dry electrical components are individually energized for inspection (operated by service personnel), and can be installed and used after inspection.

 

02/Motor drying treatment

➢ Separate the stator and rotor of the motor, and dry the stator windings (it is recommended to have a professional repairer for the motor). You can also use a 100W incandescent lamp to go deep into the motor shell for about 10 hours. The insulation resistance must be ≥0.5MΩ.

➢Remove the motor bearing, clean it with diesel oil, and check whether it can be used. Otherwise, replace the bearing of the same specification to avoid rust.

 

03/Servo motor and control system

➢Electrical components and circuit boards should be cleaned with alcohol first, dried with air, and then dried in an oven at 65°C for 24 hours. (Recommended to return to the factory for repair)

➢ Remove the servo motor, separate the stator and rotor of the motor, and dry the stator windings (it is recommended to have a professional repairer for the motor). The insulation resistance must be ≥0.5MΩ.

Pay attention to check whether the seal of the side cover of the servo motor is intact. If it is damaged, it must be replaced in time to prevent oil leakage when the servo motor is working. Servo motor junction box and encoder plug can be fully dried and dried with a hair dryer.

➢ For the servo motor, pay attention to the drying of the encoder and the motor stator and the protection of the motor bearings to avoid rust.

 

04/Hydraulic part

➢ After water has entered, the motor oil pump cannot be started. Starting the motor will cause the water immersed in the hydraulic oil to enter the hydraulic piping system of the machine, resulting in corrosion of metal hydraulic components and emulsification of the hydraulic oil.

➢ The method to check whether the hydraulic oil has entered water is: open the plug at the bottom of the machine oil tank, release a small amount of hydraulic oil, and observe whether the color of the hydraulic oil is normal.

It can be ignited with a small amount of released hydraulic oil with a piece of paper. If it cannot be ignited or there is crackling during the combustion process, it means that there is water in the hydraulic oil and all the hydraulic oil needs to be replaced. (Anhydrous copper sulfate can also be used to test whether it will turn blue, which means that it contains water)

➢ After the main oil tank of the die-casting machine is filled with water, all hydraulic oils in the main and auxiliary oil tanks need to be replaced. Before adding new oil, clean up the hydraulic oil in the main and auxiliary oil tanks, all cylinders and oil pipes with a clean rag.

 

05/Lubricating oil pump

➢ Separate the motor rotor, stator, pump liner and lubricating oil tank of the lubrication pump. The stator winding can be dried with a blower, and the insulation resistance must be ≥0.5MΩ.

If the pump bladder is stuck due to rust, you can spray the mold rust remover into the pump bladder to remove rust. The gear in the pump tank rotates flexibly, and the lubricating oil tank can be cleaned with diesel oil.
