The third Chinese National Standard relating die-casting unit was released. The State Administration for Market Regulation (National Standardization Administration) approved and published 362 recommended national standards.

LK Group ShenZhen Leadwell Technology led the formulation of 2 national standards

The "Technical Conditions for Die Casting Unit" (GB/T 39957-2021) and "Energy Efficiency of Die Casting Machines” (GB/T 39962-2021) were implemented by TC186/SC2 (Metal Hot Forming Branch of National Technical Committee for Standardization of Foundry Machinery) that is under TC186 (National Technical Committee for Standardization of Foundry Machinery). The above standardizations will be implemented on October 1, 2021.

LK Group Shenzhen Leadwell Technology Co., Ltd. led the formulation of these two recommended national standards. LK Group Ningbo and Fuxin district and related research institutes, universities, associations, and die-casting enterprises participated in drafting.

 

As the undertaking unit of the secretariat of TC186/SC2 (Metal Hot Forming Branch of National Foundry Machinery Standardization Technical Committee), LK Group Shenzhen Leadwell Technology has led and participated in the formulation of nearly 20 international standards, national standards and industry standards for die casting machines.

 

"Technical Conditions of Die Casting Unit” (GB/T 39957-2021)

It is a project in the field of "Smart Die Casting Unit Standard Complex". It specifies the technical requirements, inspection methods, inspection rules, marking, packaging, storage, and transportation of high-pressure casting die-casting units.

 

"Limited Values ​​and Energy Efficiency Grades of Die Casting Machine Energy Efficiency” (GB/T 39962-2021)

The terms and definitions of the energy efficiency limit values ​​and energy efficiency grades of cold chamber die casting machines and hot chamber die casting machines, energy consumption testing and calculation, energy efficiency grade evaluation, energy efficiency evaluation values ​​of die casting machines, test methods, labeling and parameter expressions of energy efficiency grades are stipulated.
