Verified and accepted deliverable of 2 large die casting machine has been approved from Wencan

On August 2, Tang Jiexiong, Chairman and General Manager of Wencan Co., Ltd. visited LK Group Shenzhen Leadwell Technology Co., Ltd., and inspected and accepted two large intelligent die-casting units of the Idra XPRESS series 4500T and 6000T, which have been assembled. The participants work out the production progress and conditions of remaining machine orders.
Wencan Co., Ltd. Chairman and General Manager Tang Jiexiong, Deputy General Managers Gao Junmin and Yi Manli, Wencan Technology Director Zhang Xinhua, Xiongxin Die Casting General Manager Wang Hongfei, Weilai Auto Mould Expert Feng Wenyong, media professionals and representatives of securities and fund companies attended the meeting.
Mr. Liu Zhuoming, CEO of LK Group, Ms. Lingling Pan, General Manager of LK Group Shenzhen Leadwell Technology Co., Ltd., Mr. Deng Yiming, Director of Marketing Department in South China, Mr. Xu Niansheng, Director of Technology Development Center of LK Group, and R&D engineers of LK's die-casting unit attended the meeting and discussed the project and corresponding details.

In May of this year, after the 7 sets of super-large intelligent die-casting unit cooperation project between LK Group and Wencan Co., Ltd. was officially launched and implemented, LK Group & Idra Group fully organized machine design, production, assembly, and engine testing.
At present, the 2800T intelligent die-casting unit has been installed and debugged and will be sent to Wencan's Nantong factory.
Tang Jiexiong, chairman and general manager of Wencan, visited the assembly workshop of Idra XPRESS series intelligent die-casting unit.
Through technical reports, in accordance with production requirements and process requirements, the equipment was started up on site, and various performance indicators were verified on the spot. The technical parameters such as the clamping force, shot stroke, ejector force and the injection stroke…etc are in line with the acceptance indicators and meet the customer's expectations.
Ms. Yi Manli, deputy general manager of Wencan, and Ms. Pan Lingling, general manager of Shenzhen Leadwell Technology Co., Ltd. of LK Group, signed the acceptance report.
The Idra XPRESS4500T and 6000T large-scale intelligent die-casting units were completed. It will promote the technical strength of the development of aluminum alloy die-casting parts and body structure parts of new energy vehicles, and further expand and increase the capacity utilization rate to meet the increasing global demand. The growing market demand for large-scale structural parts and integrated die-casting parts for new energy vehicles has achieved the goal of green casting and intelligent production.
In the coming future, LK Group will continue to organize and ensure the smooth production and delivery of the remaining machines, and provide a full range of technical support services for the smooth commissioning.
