Demonstration of LK automatic production line in Turkey die casting exhibition
Turkey is the second largest of steel producing country and the sixth largest producing countries for die casting products in Europe. The casting amount is in 14th globally and it plays a key role in Eastern Europe and West Asia. The 13th Turkish Casting Exhibition, the Turkish Nonferrous Metals Technology and Machinery Fair (ANKIROS / ANNOFER / TURKCAS 2016), LK booth locates in Hall 1, number C103 at the TUYAP Exhibition Center in Istanbul from 29th September to 1st October, 2016.
LK Machinery as the leading die-casting machine manufacturer, it was our 4th time to join this exhibition. The demonstration machine is IMPRESS-Ⅲ PLUS DCC400 cold chamber machine with fully automated peripherals. IMPRESS-PLUS is an extension machine series of the IMPRESS series, including 130 to 900 tons clamping force. The exhibition machine IMPRESS-Ⅲ PLUS DCC400 is equipped with intelligent and user-friendly design, which can provide an excellent operating experience with maximum utilization rate. This machine series with high-quality and stability as well as a high-end control system, equipped with a variable speed servo pump which can shorten the dry cycle time, so as to reduce around 50% of the energy consumption against normal die casting machines. While IMPRESS-PLUS series cold chamber machines, equipped with SMART injection system, injection monitoring system and SMART Die height adjustment system, it is a multi-functional with the most preferable model for energy-saving and environmental protection.
