LK Group participated the meeting for the standard of die casting furnace TC186/SC2/WG4、WG5、WG6

Recently, the second working group meeting of TC186/SC2/WG4, WG5 and WG6 for the standard of the die-casting furnace was held in Shenzhen.

Mr. Xu Niansheng, Secretary-General of TC186/SC2, Director of Technology Development Center of LK Group, Mr. Hengzhi Cai, Senior Engineer of Technology Development Center of LK Group, TC186/SC2 members, standardization experts and relevant business leaders attended the meeting.

The meeting was held simultaneously online and offline, and discussed the contents of two draft standards, namely "Safety Requirements for Magnesium Alloy Die-casting Furnace" and "Magnesium Alloy Die-casting Furnace Terminology" drafted by Shenzhen Leadwell Technology Co., Ltd. of LK Group.

Among them, the "Safety Requirements for Magnesium Alloy Die-casting Furnace" stipulates the safety requirements for the design, manufacture, use, and maintenance of magnesium alloy die-casting furnaces. "Terms of Magnesium Alloy Die-casting Furnace" defines the relevant terms and definitions of magnesium alloy die-casting furnaces, and is suitable for magnesium alloy die-casting furnaces that use electricity or natural gas as heat energy.

The meeting also discussed other draft standards such as "Methods for Testing the Performance of Aluminum Die-casting Furnace", "Technical Conditions of Linear Robots for Casting", and "Methods for Testing the Performance of Die Temperature Machines for Die-casting".

Under the global trend of the die-casting industry, standardization occupies an increasingly important position in the international economic and technological competition.
